Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

This right applies only to products in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging. Due to food safety and hygiene requirements, opened packaging cannot be returned or exchanged, regardless of the reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal or request a cancellation, you can manage this yourself through your account at account.flavachoc.com, or by contacting us at info@flavachoc.com within 14 days of delivery. You will then have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.

You may arrange your own return shipping at your own expense, or request a prepaid return label from us. If you choose to use our prepaid label, the cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is unopened, undamaged, and in its original condition, we will process your refund — including the original standard shipping cost you paid, minus the return label cost if applicable — within 14 days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If an item is:

  • damaged upon delivery,

  • incorrectly delivered,

  • or not in conformity with your order,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@flavachoc.com, including clear photos of:

  • the product,

  • the packaging,

  • and the shipping label.

If the claim is valid, we will provide a replacement or a refund, as appropriate, and you will not be responsible for any return shipping costs in this case.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

European Union Regulations

In accordance with European consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for unopened products. This right does not apply to opened food products, which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection and hygiene.
