Refund policy
Our products are food items.
For reasons of food safety and hygiene, food products cannot be returned, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened or not.
Returns based on taste preference, personal preference, or incorrect orders placed by the customer are not accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If an item is:

incorrectly delivered,

or not in conformity with your order,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@flavachoc.com, including clear photos of:

the product,

the packaging,

and the shipping label.
If the claim is valid, we will provide a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
European Union Regulations
In accordance with European consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to food products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
