Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times depend on your destination. In most cases, orders arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.

How much does shipping cost?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping above a certain order value, which may vary by destination. Current thresholds can be found in our Shipping Policy or at checkout.

Can my chocolate melt during shipping?

We carefully pack our chocolate to minimise exposure to heat during transport. However, chocolate is a natural product and may soften or melt during exceptionally warm conditions. Temporary melting does not affect quality or safety, and the chocolate will return to its original state once cooled.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.In rare and exceptional circumstances, a return or refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.If you believe your situation qualifies, please contact us atinfo@flavachoc.comand we’ll review it carefully in line with our Return Policy.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@flavachoc.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging. We’ll review the situation and arrange a suitable solution.

What if I receive the wrong product?

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us at info@flavachoc.com as soon as possible, including your order number and a photo of the item received. We’ll investigate and make it right as quickly as possible.

Our Products & Ingredients

Where is your cacao sourced?

Our cacao is sourced from carefully selected single-origin farms known for quality, traceability, and naturally high flavanol content. Each origin is clearly stated on the product page.

Are your products organic?

We use cacao that is grown without synthetic pesticides or chemical inputs and is certified organic whenever possible. When certification is not available, farming practices still meet our strict standards.

Are your products raw?

Our products are minimally processed at low temperatures to preserve flavanols and natural compounds. Exact processing methods vary by product and are detailed on the individual product pages.

Do you use sugar or sweeteners?

Some products contain no added sugar, while others use small amounts of carefully selected natural sweeteners. We only use natural options such as date powder and coconut blossom sugar. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page.

Are your products vegan and allergen-free?

All Flava’Choc products are 100% plant-based and vegan, although they are not currently certified as such. Allergen information and potential cross-contamination details are clearly indicated on the packaging and on individual product pages.

How much flavanol do your products contain?

Our core principle is to create cacao and chocolate products with naturally high flavanol content. Because flavanol levels vary by product and batch, exact values are listed on the individual product pages.

Do you test your products?

Yes. Every batch is independently lab-tested for flavanol content, key nutrients, and safety parameters.

Do you publish lab results?

Transparency is a core principle. Relevant lab results are shared openly, either on the product page or through linked documentation.

Are online prices the same as in-store prices?
